Yorba Linda Family Portraits with Sadie James Photography

Meet the Chung family! We’ve been working with this sweet family since their oldest daughter was still in her mom (Debbie)’s tummy! The Chungs are always a blast to work with - they have fun during their sessions and are seriously more like family than clients at this point. And just wait until you see the belly laughs Steve got out of his girls!! This year, we decided to do family portraits in Yorba Linda so that they had some beautiful new images for their highly anticipated Christmas cards! Every year, we design a custom card for their family and it’s become very popular over the last few years. They even get requests from people to be added to the list to receive one!!

Debbie and I worked together to coordinate the outfits for her, Steve and the girls - Katelyn and Naomi. All of our packages include a pre-session styling consultation, so you never have to worry about what you’re going to wear! I’m here to help you choose the perfect outfit for the perfect location!! And I think Debbie and her family really knocked it out of the park on this one! I love the way the pinks and navy combination looks at the park we chose. The girls looked so precious and I still adore the flower crown Naomi had!

During our session, I made sure to grab a few portraits of Debbie and Steve together. They told me they hadn’t done portraits together (and alone!) since they got married, so they were thrilled with the images we captured! Parents - don’t forget, your story is important too! Make sure you document your relationship as your family grows. I’m so happy we were able to capture this session for the Chungs and I can’t wait until our next session together!
