Welcome to Our New Blog!
It has been a crazy few months here at Sadie James Photography! We recently gave our website and studio a facelift and I’m so excited to finally be sharing everything with you! Although we’ve got a new look, our photographer, amazing customer experience, and beautiful portraits are still the core of our business.
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Cheryl. I’ve been photographing bumps, babies, cake smashes, families and high school seniors for almost 12 years now. I started Sadie James Photography when my twins were born - and now they’re almost teenagers! A few short years later, our family welcomed our youngest son and just recently we adopted our new family dog, Teddy (also the SJP studio mascot!). Time really flies, believe me when I tell you that! All that time flying by means I’ve been shooting for over a decade and I feel really lucky that this is my job. Over the years, I’ve watched so many families grow - both in size and age, and honestly it makes most days not feel like work for me. Capturing your family’s memories is such an honor and I can’t thank everyone that’s trusted me over the years enough.
At the SJP studio, we pride ourselves on being a full-service experience for clients. That hasn’t changed! We are one of the few studios left that not only provide the high resolution images but also provide archival prints and fine art canvas wall collections for our clients to enjoy. Our beautiful studio has been brightened up and made to be more welcoming for our amazing clients. The studio is filled with a huge prop closet (including beds, crates, headbands, newborn outfits, flooring options), 120+ backdrop options, outfit choices… all of which allows us to create custom set ups for each of our clients. Being parents ourselves, we know how tiring it can be so we created a comfortable spot for parents (with LOTS of caffeine and delicious snacks) to get a little break during their children’s sessions. Oh, and the studio is super easy to access from most major Orange County freeways!
All of our changes this last year have been to enhance our client experience. We’ve received so much love and support over the last 12 years and know it’s time to share the love! We are thrilled with the new look of our website, the new blog to show off your amazing sessions, and the beautiful studio updates. We look forward to continuing to serve our SJP family and welcome new clients to our studio!
